Our company was founded in 1994 by Robynne Dodd, who was a medical practice manager, having medical biling/coding expertise. Robynne is our current president. MedicServe is comprised by medical management, medical billing professionals and seasoned and courteous engineering staff. Our Lead Support IT is a college educated electrical/software engineer.
As a result, we can offer our customers complete support from experienced medical billing consultants and qualified technical support staff. We are proud to say that we have maintained an outstanding customer satisfaction rating! Our reward has been translated in obtaining a major portion of our new business base through customer referrals. We have clients in many states, as we have expanded mainly by local client referrals.
Our technical support group have extensive expertise in software design, proveout and troubleshooting, medical practice management automation tools, including software & hardware set-up and support and IT Security. They provide timely and courteous support to our customers in need for efficient means of troubleshooting software and computer hardware related issues.
We provide Remote Administration ("Virtual Technician") Services for our support clients. This allows us to provide quality installation, troubleshooting services, ranging from computer malfunctions, software "glitch" resolution and remote training. We have satisfied customers in almost every state in our country.
